QORVEX
QORVEX is the software venture through which I develop systems to help organisations work with connected information, clearer decisions and more coordinated operations. Its current and only product is CORTEX.
THE DIRECTION
Focus on the operational problems behind enterprise software: disconnected workflows, fragmented knowledge and the gap between understanding a business situation and taking action.
MY ROLE & CURRENT PRODUCT
As founder and product builder, I lead product direction, technical research, system architecture and development. CORTEX is the enterprise intelligence and execution product being developed under QORVEX, detailed in the next case study.
Venture status Founder-led software venture in active product development. No customer adoption or deployed enterprise outcomes are claimed.
QORVEX / CORTEX — ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE

CORTEX
Developed under QORVEX, CORTEX is an enterprise intelligence and execution layer designed to help organisations connect scattered information to clearer decisions and coordinated action—while working above the systems they already use.
THE PROBLEM
Important context is spread across documents, business tools and teams. Leaders can see activity without having one connected view of what is happening, why it matters and what should happen next.
THE APPROACH
CORTEX frames a connected workflow for moving from signals and evidence to diagnosis, decisions, action and measurable outcomes—without positioning itself as a replacement for ERP or CRM systems.
PRODUCT SCOPE
The wider product includes executive visibility, customer intelligence, documents and organisational knowledge, workflows, operations, value intelligence and an AI workspace with permissions and source attribution.
ENGINEERING EVIDENCE
The codebase includes a Next.js application and authenticated API, tenant-scoped services, persistence adapters, document and knowledge controls, workflow and value-execution domains, AI trust boundaries, audit telemetry and production-readiness probes.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Product direction, system concepts, workflow architecture, interface prototyping and enterprise research through QORVEX—connecting the product vision to an implemented software architecture.
Implementation status Substantial application and backend architecture is implemented in the repository. Production operation still depends on correctly configured durable infrastructure, release controls and environment-specific verification; no live enterprise outcomes are claimed here.
AI-NATIVE RESEARCH / COMMUNITY PLATFORM

CONVERGE
A research and community platform where people can explore questions, share knowledge and work toward stronger answers with AI participants.
THE PROBLEM
Useful research and discussion can become fragmented across separate communities, documents and tools, making it difficult to build on previous work or challenge an answer collaboratively.
THE APPROACH
CONVERGE connects community discussions and research topics. Permission-aware AI participants are being developed to help people compare evidence and challenge ideas.
IMPLEMENTED FOUNDATION
The Next.js and Supabase codebase contains authentication, community and topic models, research artifact storage and an agent runtime. Feature completeness and production operation remain under active verification.
MY ROLE
Product concept, full-stack implementation, application structure, authentication, database integration and iterative development of the community and research experience.
Implementation status The core platform foundation is in active development. The broader AI participant and collaborative research experience is still being built; this case study does not present unfinished capabilities as live features.
INDEPENDENT HEALTH TECHNOLOGY / ANDROID-FIRST

ALIENTO
A mobile-first health technology product exploring a clearer path from symptom reporting to qualified clinical review and coordinated care.
THE PROBLEM
Describing symptoms, finding appropriate clinical help and coordinating next steps can feel like disconnected tasks, particularly for someone navigating care on a phone.
THE APPROACH
Designing a guided voice and text intake experience that can organize patient-reported concerns into a summary for clinical review, with consent and professional decision-making kept central.
PRODUCT DIRECTION
Android-first patient journeys cover intake, follow-up questions, health summaries and proposed clinician, pharmacy and order coordination flows. Autonomous delivery is a future research concept, not an existing service.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Product concept, patient-flow design, mobile experience prototyping and software architecture exploration. The public repository currently documents the design and planned React Native / Expo direction.
Implementation status Early design and mobile prototyping. ALIENTO is not a deployed clinical, prescription, pharmacy or delivery service; qualified clinicians would remain responsible for medical decisions.
